Hi, I'm Brian. My approach to the real estate industry is inspired by my desire to constantly improve the towns around us from each building's foundation to the community around it.
I grew up within the real estate business, with my mother being a broker and real estate office manager and my father a builder. I've had close-up exposure to the process of building projects and real estate sales and in 2015, took the step to begin selling and investing myself.
I have taken a 1031 Exchange course to help expand and solidify my knowledge of the investing process.I love the challenge of investing and own my own investment property. I am always eager to learn from more-experienced investors and developers by working closely with them on projects
My background is in construction, which gives me a wide knowledge of zoning regulations and developments. I studied at UConn and graduated with a civil engineering degree.
